Setting-out
Approved dimensions are transferred from the drawings to the ground with profiles, pegs, string lines and diagonal checks so every corner and grid line is accurate.

Excavation & earthworks
Foundation trenches are excavated to the specified lines and levels. Soil conditions, depth, drainage and safe working access are checked before concrete work.

Foundation & substructure
Blinding, reinforcement, footings, foundation walls, service sleeves, backfilling and the ground-floor build-up are coordinated for a stable base.

Structural frame
Columns, beams, slabs, blockwork and staircases are executed in sequence, with line, level, reinforcement and concrete quality checked at every stage.

Roofing & envelope
The roof structure, waterproofing, windows, external doors and façade elements are installed to protect the building and define its architectural character.

MEP & finishes
Electrical, plumbing and mechanical services are coordinated before plastering, screeding, ceilings, joinery, tiling, painting and final installations.

Inspection & handover
We complete snagging, testing, corrections, cleaning and a documented client walkthrough before the finished project is handed over.
